Copyright Transfer Agreement

According to the national laws and regulations on copyright, the author's submission to Journal of Shaanxi Normal University (Natural Science Edition) needs to recognize the copyright transfer policy of this journal. The author agrees to submit the paper and publish it in the Journal of Shaanxi Normal University (Natural Science Edition) and transfer the copyright to the Editorial Office of Journal of Shaanxi Normal University. The relevant issues are stated as follow:

1.      The author solemnly promises that the paper is the original paper. All or part of the content in the paper has never been published in any other journal in any form. There is no problem of repeated submission, no plagiarism, and no content that violates laws and regulations and infringes on the rights and interests of others. Once it is found that the paper involves the above problems, to maintain the scientific ethics and normal publishing order, the editorial office has the right to reject the manuscript and criticize the paper and relevant authors in the field of education and scientific research. The editorial office of Journal of Shaanxi Normal University (Natural Science Edition) agrees that the author can continue to use the paper for any non-commercial purposes.

2.      Once the paper is published in the Journal of Shaanxi Normal University (Natural Science Edition), the author agrees to automatically transfer the copyright of the paper to the editorial department of the journal including but not limited to the rights of electronic publishing, multimedia publishing, online publishing, and other forms of publishing.

3.      The author guarantee that the attribution of the paper is undisputed. In case of any attribution dispute, the responsibility lies with the author of the paper.

4.      The rights stated in the second term of this Agreement that the paper submitted shall not be used in any form by the author or with his permission by others, however, the author of the paper may quote or translate parts of the paper in subsequent works or compile them in a non-journal collection.

5.      Upon acceptance of the paper this agreement shall take effect immediately. The scanned copy has the same legal effect as the original.

Once the paper fails to meet the publication requirements of the Journal of Shaanxi Normal University (Natural Science Edition) and cannot be published in the Journal, this agreement will automatically become invalid.
