An overall manuscript processing flow is shown below:
Once the author is registered and the manuscript is submitted, the manuscript will be distributed to different editors according to the academic discipline. A preliminary review result will be returned to the author within 1 week whether the manuscript is accepted or not.
A peer-reviewed process is crucial to the journal and at least 2 independent reviews will be nominated for reviewing the manuscript. This process is double-blinded, and the reviewers decide whether the manuscript is to be accepted, rejected, or revised. A third or forth reviewer will be nominated only the first two reviewers gives a completely different suggestion. The peer-reviewed process usually takes 2.5-4 months after the initial submission and the article will then be published within 12 months (an average of 8.5 months) after acceptance.
