摘要

通过建立大鼠耐力训练模型,研究经络刮痧对训练大鼠肝脏组织抗氧化能力及运动能力的影响.将雄性健康大鼠(Sprague Dawley, SD)24只随机分成安静组(A)、训练对照组(B)、经络刮痧+运动组(C).B组和C组进行7周递增负荷耐力训练后取样,分别测定肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase, SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase, CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase, GSH-Px)、血清谷氨酸氨基转移酶(serum glutamic aminotransferase, ALT)的活性和肝脏丙二醛(malondialdehyde dirty, MDA)、糖原含量.结果表明:经络刮痧可提高肝脏抗氧化酶的活性,对运动训练大鼠肝组织产生的自由基具有清除作用,从而促进肝糖原的合成,提高大鼠的运动能力.

Abstract

To study the effect of meridian scraping on the metabolism of free radicals in liver and exercise capacity of training rats, the model of treadmill endurance training rats with meridian scraping was built. 24 SD male healthy rats were randomly divided into the quiet group (A), training control group (B) and Meridian Scraping plus exercise group (C). After 7 weeks incremental endurance training for B group and C group, the superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), serum glutamic aminotransferase (ALT) activity , malondialdehyde dirty (MDA) and the glycogen content from liver tissue of three groups were determined. The results showed that the liver meridian scraping can increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes, scavenge liver tissue free radicals caused by exercise training, promote glycogen synthesis and improve exercise capacity of exercise training rats.
