摘要

采用免疫组织化学方法,分析运动训练长期停训后大鼠胸腺指数和胸腺组织细胞凋亡蛋白Bax和Bcl-2的表达,探讨运动训练长期停训对胸腺组织细胞凋亡的影响.结果表明,不同强度运动长期停训后,Bax和Bcl-2阳性表达主要位于胸腺皮质区淋巴细胞胞浆,髓质区表达不明显,有氧运动组与安静对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),胸腺指数变化虽有增加但无显著性差异,表明运动训练产生的生物学效应在长期停止训练后消失;疲劳运动组与安静对照组和有氧运动组比较,Bax和Bcl-2阳性表达均差异显著(P<0.05),胸腺指数显著性降低(P<0.05),表明大强度疲劳训练产生的生物学效应在长期停止训练后,伴随着胸腺器官的增龄性变化而下降.推测可能是大强度长期训练引起机体晚年不适的原因之一.

Abstract

Using immunohistochemical method,to investigate the long-term exercise training after the training stopped thymus apoptosis.The resulta show that different intensity exercise training after long-term suspension, Bax and Bcl-2 expression, mainly in the cytoplasm of lymphocytes in thymus cortex and medulla expression was not obvious, aerobic exercise group compared with the quiet control group, no significant difference (P>0.05),although the increase in thymus index but no significant difference, indicating that exercise training produced long-term biological effects disappear aftercessation of training; fatigue exercise group with the quiet control group and aerobic exercise group,Bax and Bcl-2 positive expression were significantly different (P<005),thymic index decreased significantly (P<0.05),show that the fatigue of training high-intensity biological effects resulting from long-term cessation of training, along with the thymus organ changes in age-related decline in.That may be long-term high-intensity training does not cause the body of one of the reasons for their old age.
