摘要
在苗期以PEG—6000 模拟大田干旱胁迫持续加重,以不同电场处理荞麦种子,测定了处理条件对苗期丙二醛(MDA )含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响.结果表明,电场处理组膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量多低于对照组,而SOD、POD活性多高于对照组,不同电场剂量对荞麦种子影响程度不同,总体认为4 kV/cm×15 min和4 kV/cm×25 min处理效果最好.
Abstract
After buckwheat seeds are treated with different electric field intensity, the biological effect is tested including the effects of electric field on the content of MDA (malondialdehyde), activity of SOD (superoxide dismutase) and POD (peroxidase) in seeding stage and water stress simulated by different concentration of PEG—6000. The results show that under water stress, the electric treatments can delay the accumulation of malondialdehyde(MDA ), promote the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase ( POD ) during the stage of seedings, and different intensities of electric field have different effects on buckwheate seeds. In general, 4 kV/cm×15 min and 4 kV/cm×25 min have better effects than others.
